This is really delayed because the blogger duddas mistook my blog for a spammer but nevertheless here you go.
NBA
-The Starbury/Curry-less Knicks beat the heavily depleted Nets in the first installment of the cross-river rivalry this year. Not only did the Nets have the usual suspects (Marcus Williams, Daryl Armstrong, and Nenad Krstic) out as well as Antoine Wright for the second straight game but BOTH Josh Boone AND the captain Jason Kidd came down with migraines (which to me is very fishy). Fourth string point guard Eddie Gill got in early foul trouble causing Vince carter to take over the point. VC's poor shot selection in the fourth quarter along with the Nets bigs coming down with a bad case of foul-itus, let the Knicks sneak by with a win. Jamal Crawford and Nate Robinson came through late and Richard Jefferson poured in his usual 30+ points.(WWL Highlights click here.)

EXTRA EXTRA:
I have to say I really am a big fan of the Titan's throw back and although I'm sure I'm the minority, I'd like to see them wear them once or twice annually and not just for this one year sales gimmick.
